Perfect Find!
We loved our stay here. We were in town for our son’s baseball tournament and this home was in the perfect location, minutes from town but far enough away to feel like you are in a private setting. Close to the lake as well. The home is well stocked and set up nicely for a family. There was 6 of us and we felt comfortable the whole time. We can’t wait to come back in the summer and do all the summer activities. Our host was very helpful and responsive.

I had a fantastic stay at this AirBNB in Florence, Oregon! The place was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, with a charming and cozy vibe. It featured all the latest amenities, and the fully stocked kitchen made it so easy to prepare meals during my stay.
The location couldn’t have been better- centrally located and close to nearby shops, restaurants, and sightseeing spots. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and it’s clear the hosts put a lot of thought into making the guests feel at home.
I would 10/10 recommend this AirBNB to friends and family and would definitely stay here again.

A great new place to stay near Florence.
We are pleased to leave the first review of this great place to stay near Sutton Lake. Five minutes north of the Fred Mayer store, this house is easy to reach. This rental is brand new. It has an open plan living room/kitchen. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house, and one has an ensuite. The kitchen was spacious and there was just about everything you need to have a great stay.

This location was very comfortable!
While we were a bit north of Florence, getting to and back from town was quite easy. The location was also convenient for traveling north on 101 to Heceta Lighthouse, trails along 101 and the cute town of Yachats.
The neighborhood where the house is located is a tad eccentric, but that wouldn’t deter me from a return visit. The living space is on the second floor, so the views are above the neighbors.
The description indicates that it’s within walking distance to Simmons Lake. Probably a 10 minute walk which we did not do. For two couples and a dog, this was a great fit. Jim, the property manager, was very communicative. He was always available if we needed anything.
